Power Ready Florida is interviewing local home-service experts who are willing to share a few practical answers with Florida homeowners.
When a pipe bursts, a roof starts leaking, mold appears, the AC stops working, a tree comes down, or another home emergency hits, homeowners suddenly have questions they never thought to ask before.
We want to get those answers directly from the people who deal with these problems every day.
A short, informal conversation for the people who help Florida recover.
The conversation
What Will We Talk About?
During the interview, we’ll role-play.
I’ll ask you questions the way a worried homeowner might actually ask them when something has just gone wrong.
For example:
- What should I do right now?
- Is this something I can safely handle myself?
- Can I stay in the house?
- Will insurance cover this?
- How quickly could this get worse?
- Who should I call first?
- How do I know I’m hiring the right company?
And I’ll ask you one especially important question:
“If a homeowner urgently needed exactly the service you provide, what should they ask AI to find the right company?”
How would a real customer describe the problem, especially when they’re stressed and don’t know the professional terminology? And ideally, what would they need to ask for AI to recognize that your company is a good answer?
