We are a marketing intermediary and lead generator, not an installation company, contractor, or manufacturer. We do not perform installations ourselves. 4. Lead Submission and Data Use

You further consent to being contacted by these installers via phone, email, or text message regarding your request.
5. No Guarantee of Services
While we strive to maintain a network of high-quality professionals, PowerReady Florida does not guarantee the quality, pricing, licensing status, or workmanship of any third-party installer. Any contract for installation services is strictly between you and the installation company. We recommend that you independently verify all contractor licenses at verify.myfloridalicense.com before signing any agreement.
6. Installer Network Standards
Installers in our network represent that they hold valid Florida Electrical Contractor (EC) licenses and maintain the required insurance coverage. PowerReady Florida performs initial license verification at the time of an installer's listing but cannot guarantee continuous compliance. If you encounter issues with an installer from our network, please notify us at support@powerreadyflorida.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerReady Florida shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the services provided by third-party installers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Site.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and text on PowerReady Florida are the exclusive property of PowerReady Florida. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republicize any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
